Terms of Service

This agreement governs any site which injects leads into Debt Consolidation Solutions database. All policies contained within are legally binding between USA Debt Management and any person adding themselves to Debt Consolidation Solutions client database. By submitting your information via the web to USA Debt Management you are agreeing to the policies contained within this agreement and also the policies set forth in Debt Consolidation Solutions Privacy Policy.

I. Do-Not-Call List

Any person that is on the new FTC Do-Not-Call list may not submit their contact information to us. By submitting your contact information you are affirming that you are not on the Do-Not-Call list. You agree not to hold us liable for contacting you.

II. Telephone

By submitting your contact information, you acknowledge that we will call you periodically to touch base with you about our services. You are authorizing USA Debt Management to call you back until you ask us not to contact you further. Please do not submit your information unless you expressly permit USA Debt Management to call you back periodically.

III. Email

By submitting your email address and other contact information, you recognize that we will contact you from time to time via email and/or telephone. We provide an "opt-out" mechanism in emails to you, so that you may decline further contact via email. Do not submit your information unless you permit USA Debt Management to contact you via email.
